Good day everyone; Hope you are enjoying this lovely weather.

Just a quick note to remind you that the clubs need to submit their Form 100 immediately following your AGM and election of officers for the 2009/2010 season. If you have misplaced your Form 100 you can find a copy on page 20 of the Caribooster. If you have misplaced your Caribooster you can find and download it from the Region Website: www.skatecncr.com/

Please fully complete the form 100, with complete address',  preferred phone number and email address of all your executive, committee members and coaches for the upcoming season.  Please do print legibly.

Send to the new Region Chairman, Geneva Scoville, her postal address is: Box 742 Vanderhoof, V0J 3A0 and the  email address is: geneva_scoville@hotmail.com

It is important that we receive your club information as soon as possible to ensure that your clubs contacts are updated and listed correctly in our next  CNCR Caribooster.

To date we have only received two Form 100's...our thanks  to the Mackenzie and UNBC clubs.

A reminder that you must request and keep on file, proof of Skate Canada Registration and current certification for all coaches in your employ.

Should you be considering coaching applications from coaches who are unknown to you it is imperative that you do a background check with the Section Office.

And finally any clubs or club members requiring advice or direction about any subject at all are encouraged to contact myself, or any of the CNCR Board members as listed on the CNCR website.

Have a wonderful summer.

 Darlene Dorsey -
