HOUSTON FSC
The Houston FSC in Houston, British Columbia is looking for an Assistant Coach for the 2008 – 2009 skating season running late September – March 31, 2009. These easy going, approachable executive and club work cohesively in a team environment and would like to see an enthusiastic, creative coach, apply. The Houston FSC is a strong, well-respected club with approximately 65 skaters and another 50 Power skaters. Our club offers approximately 14 hours of private lesson and 6 hours of group lesson time per week. The Assistant Coach will be offered a monthly retainer based on experience and qualifications. QUESNEL FSC
The Quesnel Figure Skating Club is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic club coach to join our team for the 2008/2009 season.  We have over 100 skaters in the programs we offer and approximately 22 hours of ice per week.  Our season runs from September to March, with three weeks of Summer School.  Coaching responsibilities would include group instruction, private lessons and administrative duties for which we offer an administrative retainer.

SPRUCE CITY SC 
The Spruce City Skating Club is in need of an enthusiastic, dynamic club coach for the upcoming 2008 / 09 season. We currently have 155 members participating in our CanSkate, Canpower, Pre Junior, StarSkate and Competitive programs. We are a year round club with over 24 hours of ice per week during the winter season plus administrative duties year round. We also have regular spring, summer and fall sessions. We are currently looking for an NCCP Level I or greater coach who is willing to coach Canskate and private lessons. The Spruce City Skating Club is located in the Hart Highlands area of Prince George. Prince George has a population of 80,000+ persons, and is also the home of the University of Northern British Columbia and College of New Caledonia. Snow Valley SC
Snow Valley Skating Club in Kitimat, BC is accepting resumes for Assistant Club/Freelance coach for upcoming 2008/2009 season. Season runs from early August to mid May with Summer School, Fall School, 22-23 weeks Regular Season and 5-7 weeks Spring Skating. We have approximately 20 hrs/week during Regular Season and minimum of 25 hrs/week during all other schools. Assistant Coach would be an addition to the current team and may allow the club to take on more ice time/ programs depending on coach’s certification. Minimum certification level would be “Canskate Certified Instructor” working towards completion of Level 1 in near future or higher. Priority given to applicants with Canpowerskate certification.
